Completed in the summer of 2012, ASDA in Basildon, Essex was one of the most challenging to date. Completed over a 5 week period this project involved the complete re-surfacing of the undercover car park working with the maximum height restriction of only 1.8m in places.

The full 1100 tons was tracked in on 2 modified bobcats to our Bitelli BB 621c paver which had also been lowered and modified to work with the restriction yet still give the operator full working maneuverability.

The scheme also still benefited from a complete electrical refurbishment as well as a new pedestrian walkway and the cleaning and repainting of 300+ concrete pillar supports.
