We are all back at work now making the roads a safer place and on our first day back we have received this letter of congratulations through the post for a job we completed for via Notts cc in December.
Today we where at midland quarry’s products st Ives plant doing material trails with new carbon friendly materials. We laid a mixture of binder course and surface course. We even had to let the surface course drive round on the back of the lorry for an hour to check the work ability of the new material once it had been loaded and transported.
We have a couple of pictures of our kleeman mc100 Evo crusher in transit today. It is on its way ready to start work crushing 7000t to produce recycled type 1 for midland quarry products.
This week we started our 12 week patching contract for Nottinghamshire county council. We will be at various locations throughout Nottinghamshire for this contract to help make safer roads.
Sunday patching for Leicestershire County Council. To help reduce noise from the Lorries that use the industrial area at the bottom of this residential area due to uneven road surface.
We have just finished a large speed table using 55/10 HRA for Leicestershire county council as part of there speed reduction scheme around Earl Shilton and Barwell.
It’s always nice to receive good feedback from customers and followers of Jordan Road Surfacing and tonight we have received some pictures of a model somebody has done of our Volvo low loader. We think it looks great and can’t wait to see it with the planer sticker-ed up.
After a week of laying 800+ tons at manor farm academy Lincoln this is the finished product from start to finish. We used a mixture of standard binder course and SMA surface course. We also layed porous binder and surface course materials as per our clients specification.
