We offer the convenience of both collection and delivery options for our recycled aggregates.

Rolled compacted concrete
Roller Compacted Concrete is a zero-slump concrete that is placed with asphalt pavers and compacted by vibratory rollers. Roller compacted concrete possesses the remarkable capability to be engineered with exceptional flexural, compressive, and shear strengths, ensuring its resilience under substantial and recurrent loads, thus averting structural failures. Consequently, this versatile material finds utility across a diverse spectrum of applications, encompassing port infrastructure, industrial thoroughfares and recreational spaces, airport taxiways and stable surfaces, military installations, and parking areas.
Benefits of Roller Compacted Concrete:
- Cost effective – lower installation and maintenance costs than asphalt.
- Rapid Construction – Fastest speed of construction due to paving installed in thicker layers.
- Durable – Long service life with minimal maintenance
- Hard Wearing & Sustainable – high load carrying ability and supports sustainable development.
- Fast Setting – early strength gain makes it open to light traffic within hours and can be open to heavy traffic within one to two days.
- Economical solution that doesn’t require as much ongoing maintenance as asphalt.
When it comes to production and laying of Roller Compacted Concrete, you can trust Jordans to deliver high-quality, customized solutions to meet your project requirements.

Re-Cyler Foam (Cold mix recycled binder)
In a world where sustainability and waste management take precedence, JRS Re-cycler Foam presents an optimal solution for closed-loop road reconstruction. Through the utilisation of established foamed bitumen and cold paving techniques, JRS Recycler Foam facilitates the incorporation of road materials into sub-surface reconstruction. This not only leads to cost savings in transportation and disposal but also delivers significant environmental advantages by reducing energy consumption and the reliance on primary aggregates.
The versatile JRS Re-Cycler Foam is extensively used in various aspects of pavement construction. Produced as a cold mix, it boasts a substantial proportion of recycled asphalt content, thereby yielding a minimal carbon footprint during manufacturing, sometimes even reaching a remarkable 50% reduction. Manufactured with meticulous quality control, it integrates up to 92% recycled components, including reclaimed asphalt planings (RAP), bitumen, cement, and water.
Manufactured to SHW cl.948 and BS9228
- JRS Re-Cycler Foam is a permanent cold bitumen base & binder course alternative.
- JRS Re-Cycler Foam is less dense than conventional hot mix achieving better coverage offering savings on material.
- High recycled content, using up to 92% recycled materials.
- Can be laid with traditional asphalt equipment.
- Uses 5% of the energy of hot asphalt during manufacture.
- Approved treatment for the reuse of tar bound material
